As they were walking along, someone yelled at them. “Hey, you two! Stop right there!” said the person. “Think you can just eat my apples like that?” he questioned them. “Yeah? Whatcha gonna do about it?” the other kid said, mocking the vendor who just lost an entire crate of apples to these two kids. “Yeah, what?” asked Nate, genuinely wondering what this man would do about it.
